Once I found some yellowed paper among the spoils of a demolished house that used to belong to an art teacher. I cutted the paper into aceo sized cards and drew on them.

Fox Girl, Rabbit Girl and Owl Girl.

I could only use soft colors, in colored pencils, because the paper was too fragile and easily hurt, despite being hard.

Beautiful as always Caroline. Intricate, detailed, symetrical and fragile and delicate, subtle, mysterious , I could go on. Looking at how you presented these, I imagined them as a fantasy card game. A really classy card game where you had designed all the characters. I'm sure there'd be a market for such a product!

Haha, thanks! ♥ I have this problem - I can't make a series of drawings in the same style to save my life. I made these 3, and when was going to make the fourth, I screwed it up cause was not in the same atmosphere anymore. So I don't know if I could do a series of game cards, haha!
How are you by the way? I've been away for so long.

Yes, I understand that inspiration can vanish sometimes, as quickly as it first appeared.
It's all about the mood and the moment.
This is why original fine art will ever be unique and mysterious !
But having said that, there is no reason why in a card game, they could not be in different styles. It may even add a diversity or extra dimension.

same here pictlurely when you are drawing to erase the little thing and end up roughing the paper or tearing it.
